8. How Do I Obtain A Pool or Fitness Pass?

Looking for a Pool Pass?

A pool pass application must be filled out and returned to the onsite office along with proof of residency.

Proof of residency consists of your closing documents or a signed lease.

Management will review the form and provide you with a photo ID pool pass.

You may also print the Registration Form and bring to the clubhouse.

Looking for a Fitness Pass?

To obtain a fitness pass residents are required to come to the onsite office and
complete a Fitness Pass Registration form along with proof of residency.
Proof of residency consists of your closing documents or a signed lease.
Management will review and activate a key card for Fitness Center use.

9. How Do I Rent The Clubhouse?

Contact the Onsite Office to obtain a Community Center Rental Application Form.

Before requesting your date be sure to review the Events Calendar to see if your date is available.

The clubhouse rental fee si $300 flat rate and there is also a $300 Security Fee that will be returned,

if the clubhouse is left in the condition  that you found it.
