Winter Weather Tips
Winter Weather Tips and Guidelines

Don't let the January "Thaw" Fool You !

The winter is still going to offer up plenty of cold air and
possibly storms before Spring.

Management must remind all homeowners and residents that the winter weather can cause damage to your home and personal belongings.

The Community has suffered many pipe breaks this month alone!
At two of the residences with pipe breaks  Management had no contact  information for the Homeowners or Renters of the units and no one was home.
In order to turn off the water to prevent more damage to the homes the Fire Department had to break down the doors to these homes!

If you are traveling, remember to leave your heat ON, set at a minimum of 55 degrees or higher if you have pipes that are on an outside wall.
  • Inform Management or a Neighbor that you will be out of town.
  • Provide Management with updated contact information.
  • If you are going to be away for an extended period of time Management needs to know who to contact while you are away.
  • Leave a key with a neighbor or friend AND let management know who has your key.
  • If you are renting your home, Management needs updated leases and renter contact information.
  • If your home is vacant, please leave heat on or have a professional contractor winterize your home.
Please email updated contact and emergency information to:
